Property Description

The Lollipop villa is a large tropically inspired vacation home near Disney.  The decor is fresh and bright throughout the open concept kitchen, dining and great rooms, as well as in the 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and games room.  The yard is extra large with room for a game of badminton and you can even see Disney’s Magic Kingdom fireworks from the yard.  There is a park very very close by with tennis and basketball courts and a large soccer field. 
 
This home features a private screened in pool and spa with lots of cushioned patio furniture.  The pool and spa include free solar heat (a roof top system that heats the water during the sunny part of the day quiet effectively).  Gas pool and spa heat is available at an extra charge and is recommended from October thru March.  As a bonus this spa can be heated warmer than the pool for relaxing after a long day at the parks or shopping. 
 
The garage has been converted to a games room for family fun including darts, Foosball, and a game of pool.
 
The eat in kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and lots of dishes and pans for a meal at home.
 
The dining room is directly beside the kitchen and open to the great room.  The great room has a sofa, 2 loveseats, and a chair to relax in while watching a movie on the large LCD TV.  There are some DVDs and a DVD player, a stereo you can plug your mp3 player into, or choose from a book or game for quiet time.
 
All five bedrooms have their own T.V and DVD player.  One of the twin bedrooms is equipped with a ps2, controllers, and a few games.  All bathroom have a hair dryer.
 
The main master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and tub, two sinks, walk in closet, and walkout to pool.
 
The second master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with walkout to pool.
 
There is another bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom right beside it.
 
There are two bedrooms with two twin beds in each and a full bathroom between these rooms.  These rooms are decorated youthfully and will appeal to both boys and girls.
 
There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron in the house.
