Property Description
A stylish fully air-conditioned executive villa situated 15 minutes from Disney, on a large corner plot in an established residential area just off Highway 27, close to the 192 (5 mins) and Interstate 4 (9 mins).
The large screened pool with underwater lighting, comes complete with a separately heated hot spa, is south facing, in a very quiet area and is not overlooked. A pool heater is available for the cooler months (additional charge). There is an extended patio deck, with an outdoor shaded area, complete with pool furniture, A Gas BBQ and fan for those warmer days. Access to the pool area is through patio doors from either master bedroom or the Family room. These are alarmed to provide a safety feature for the younger ones in the family.
Inside the villa is a large master suite with a luxury king size bed, a LCD TV and master ensuite with separate shower and bath plus his and her vanity units. A safe is also provided for extra security. A second master suite has a queen size bed with TV and combined DVD/VCR player connected to 2nd bath with direct access to the pool area. The 2 remaining twin bedrooms both have cable TV´s and share the 3rd bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The Family room has a 46in DVR HDTV with cable connection giving scores of channels to choose from including ESPN and Fox Sports, plus a combined DVD and VHS player along with a selection of films. There is a separate Living room with 32in TV, a Playstation 2 (games provided) and DVD player.
For the tiny tots there is a cot, along with a high chair and a stroller available free of charge.
Internet and High speed Wi-fi is also available in the Villa.
Westridge has a communal area which has its own swimming pool,floodlit tennis court, sand volleyball court, basketball court, a football (soccer) pitch and a childrens play area. This is all just two minutes walk from the Villa and very well maintained. Sports equipment for use on this area is provided.
There are over 60 golf courses available within a half hours drive, the closest (full size 18 holes) at Highlands Reserve is only 5 mins away.
